    Tom Ferry is currently in a transition phase from a Services company with a technical stack, into a tech lead company with Services arm. I am responsible for leading the Product Management department through effective coaching and people development, as well as introducing product management disciplines while building relationships with the other departments in the company.

    - Define Product Strategy for Tom Ferry, both technical and the direction of our coaching service offerings.

    - Successfully led the re-launch of a Team Coaching product, from one offering trifurcated into three to best suit the needs of our clients. Re-launched allowed us to more than double monthly recurring revenue from our Team coaching.
    - Developed and implemented product management processes and procedures to standardize cross department communication and collaboration. Processes include formal sprint planning, templatizing Product Requirement Documents, and developing a Product Release/Go-To-Market process.
    - Defined, designed, and directed development of a stable internal web-based Placement App that replaced a fragile and error prone Google Docs process.

    Apply all aspects of product management to drive the market vision that simplifies and transforms document creation into data driven processes through a world class Salesforce application.

    - Owned the product strategy and vision for the company’s document generation products and offerings.
    - Introduced product management procedures and practices, such as all ceremonies found in SCRUM.
    - Launched a new product that brought company’s flagship workflow product into a native new Salesforce application, involved cross team collaboration and coordination of multiple product teams.

    Hired as an intern with no prior experience in product management at a time when the company was repositioning. Given major task to design new SaaS platform for Local eCommerce platform. Influenced major business decisions. Conducted product and technology due diligence as the lead for 3 partnerships, including moving clients from competing platforms to NimbleCommerce.

    - Directed and planned company road map, resulting in platform growth from 41 to 700+ clients in 4 years. Held full ownership and autonomy of the company’s roadmap of their digital platform solution.
    - Worked with national and international cross functional teams to complete projects in record timeframe. Four clients went live, and company landed 2-3 major deals because of the strength of our platform.
    - Initiated partnership with Litle/Vantiv, Inc., including contract negotiations, underwriting, and technical launch process, saving NimbleCommerce over 50% in credit card processing fees.
    - Led feature gap analysis for 5 large clients and 3 competitor platforms, transitioning their entire client base to NimbleCommerce.
    - Adapted platform features and integrations to meet new customer needs and to accommodate the sale of Gift Cards in different settings: White Label, Gift Card Mall, B2C and B2B. Preliminary launch landed three major deals directly related to the capability of the platform.
    - Designed the entire platform on how the company does business from the ground up. Collaborated with the CEO on all areas of the platform from initial concept to become the #1 local ecommerce platform for publishers and solidified the company as a competitor resulting in company acquisitions.
    - Grew a client list that includes some of the largest publishers across the US and Europe, e.g. GolfNow.com/NBC, CBS, Entercom, Cumulus Media, Berlingske (Denmark), and Johnston Press (UK).
    - Performed as UI and UX lead on 150+ platform features, including design of a contract management and invoicing system, and a new checkout page that reduced customer abandonment by an average of 23%.
    - Led the technical element of 7 partner integrations, 3 of which were for NimbleNetwork, a content distribution platform between suppliers and publishers.
    - Communicated with key clients and stakeholders, gathering requirements, feedback, and input for new features and functionality.
    - Served as principal lead with development teams on the design and implementation of multiple APIs.
